The Wellnessie SAS Mini Masters in Special Assistance Schooling is a professional learning program for educators, board members, school leaders and staff working in or associated with Special Assistance Schools across Australia. Delivered entirely online, the program runs across four terms of ten weeks each, totalling 40 live weekly sessions, with access to recordings and supporting materials where provided. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed enrolment form, full payment of the AUD $2,000 program fee, and acceptance of these Terms. Organisations may enrol staff on their behalf and remain jointly liable for payment. Wellnessie reserves the right to set cohort size limits and may cancel a cohort that does not meet minimum numbers, with full refunds issued in that event. Cancellations more than 28 days before the start date receive a full refund less a $150 administration fee; 50% is refunded for cancellations between 14 and 28 days prior; no refund applies within 14 days or after commencement. Transfers within the same organisation and deferrals to future cohorts may be approved in limited circumstances. Participants must engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality of program discussions, and ensure they have suitable technology to participate. Wellnessie retains intellectual property rights over all program materials, with participants granted a personal licence for professional development use only. Participants who attend at least 70% of sessions receive a Certificate of Completion, which is a professional acknowledgement and not a formal academic qualification. Wellnessie's liability is capped at total fees paid, and the agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
